- We only accept domestic (United States) orders at this time.
- We ship orders Monday – Friday.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following week.
- Processing time is 1-3 business days.
- Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Please be sure to enter your full address including any unit, apartment or suite numbers and double check your address at checkout to ensure you receive your order.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided to us while ordering.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all tracking information.
Please note that we have no control over transit times once our packages are in possession of the postal service. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the package is delivered to the address you provided successfully and an incident occurs after, we are unable to provide reimbursement. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, a claim will need to be filed directly with the postal service.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (customer.service@spadecasa.com) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
