Refund and Returns Policy

We are a young and growing business, and also due to the sanitary nature of some of our products, we currently not accepting returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is 100% important to us and If we have made a mistake on your order or your items arrived damaged or defective, we would like to make it right.

Simply contact us at customer.service@spadecasa.com within 48 hours of the package delivery and we will help as quickly as possible. Please send us a photo of the damaged or defective item, so we can have a better understanding of what happened and investigate.
